

Yogurt Bowls
One of our favorite summer dishes! Great for breakfast, an afternoon snack, frozen as popsicles, or for a refreshing dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Frozen Fruit
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- Optional add-ins & toppings: add collagen powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds, granola, nuts, seeds, unsweetened coconut
Instructions
- Let fruit thaw for 5 to 10 minutes, then blend the fruit and yogurt together!
- Blend collagen power and hemp seeds if using.
- Pour into a bowl and top with fruit, granola, nuts seeds, shredded coconut, and enjoy!
