This establishes goals and gives you a personalized nutrition and fitness plan. You will  then be supported with expert coaching and training, on-going testing and plan revision. You will enter our FitME community with opportunities to connect, get active, make memories and truly elevate your life.

$150/month for 12 months
$200/month for 6 months
  • All biometric data tests (InBody, RMR, VO2 Max, DNA)
  • Assigned Health and Well-being coach
    • Coaching services as determined by the client and coach (frequency, mode, etc)
    • Tailored, goal centered plan creation
    • Nutrition, rest, recovery and lifestyle coaching
    • Goal setting and accountability
  • Assigned personal trainer
    • Access to group training classes OR
    • 1 personal training session per month with at home workout plan OR
    • 4 personal training session per month (extra $225/month)
  • Monthly InBody scan with tweaks to your program based on the results
  • Access to monthly master classes from our professionals
  • Access to group adventure activities
  • Access to sign-up for FitME Adventures before they are open to the public
