How do I know which trip is right for me?
Our adventures are local, regional, national and international and require you to be prepared to participate. We rate each of our adventures based on the level of skill and fitness required to fully participate and enjoy the activities offered during that trip.

Adventure Skill Levels
Level One
Skill level very low (walking, getting on and off transportation, transporting luggage, wearing a day pack). Fitness level low: Miles <8 per day. Flat or mild incline. Active days 25% of trip.
Level Two
Skill level low (hiking, calm water kayaking, e-biking, swimming, rafting, light backpacking). Fitness level moderate: Miles between 8-12 miles per day, elevation 1000-1500 feet. Active days 50% of trip.
Level Three
Skill level moderate (Backpacking, camping, kayaking in moving water, rappelling, snorkeling, biking). Fitness level moderately high: Miles between 10-15 miles per day, elevation 1500-2500 feet. Active days 70% of trip
Level Four
Skill level high (Distance backpacking, camping, kayaking in rapids, climbing, rappelling, diving, distance biking). Fitness level high: Miles 10-15 per day, elevation >2500 feet, difficult terrain. Active days 85% of trip.
